You have the SYSTEM environment variables and the User environment variables for TMP and TEMP. The user environment variables contain 2 path statements for temporary file storage. The problem arises when these paths point to folders with read/write restrictions.UDxIE X€!€€‚‚‚‚‚‚‚€€‚€‚‚€‚‚€€€‚ÿYou can either (i) Remove the restrictions or(ii) Delete the mappings thereby forcing Windows to use the default system variables for TMP and TEMP which are in C:winnttemp. This utility should only be used under the guidance of the Geosolve Help Desk or their authorized agents. Unassisted use of the Modify procedure will lead to loss of use of your installation media. Please download www.geosolve.co.uk/recovery.zip and save it in an empty folder on the C: drive of your PC (or workstation). If you do not have an empty folder then create one, say C:\Z . Do not save recovery.zip on your desktop. {{ƒ;ˆ\ †€?€””€€‚€€€‚€€€‚€€€€€€€€€€‚ÿUnzip recovery.zip and save the contents in the same folder.
